ACCESS TO THE VENUE
To enter the site you must show your ticket, which will be checked for verification. You must identify yourself with your ID in case the Organization requests it.
1. The Organization does not guarantee the authenticity of the ticket if it has not been acquired at official points of sale. Resale of the ticket is not allowed unless through the system provided through metalive.tickit.ca. The Organization of the event assumes no responsibility in case of loss or theft of proof of purchase.
The holder of the ticket is responsible in case a copy of it is made.
2. The Organizer will deny the bearer access to the enclosures if any of the following circumstances occur:
a) The ticket is incomplete, altered, torn or with any other indications of falsification.
b) The bearer manifests a violent attitude or that publicly incites hatred, violence or discrimination based on birth, race, sex, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other social or personal condition or circumstance and, especially, to the bearer who behaves aggressively or causes disturbances outside or at the entrance, who carries weapons or objects that can be used as such and who wears clothes, objects or symbols that incite violence or suppose an apology of activities contrary to the fundamental rights recognized in Canadian law.
c) The bearer has symptoms of drunkenness or of using or having used drugs or narcotic substances.
The exercise of the right of admission will not imply, in any case, the denial of access to the bearer for reasons of birth, race, sex, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other circumstance or personal or social condition.
Upon entry to the enclosures, the public may be subject to a search. The entry of objects that may be considered dangerous by the Organization or that are prohibited by current regulations is not allowed.
Prohibited:
The introduction of glass drinks, plastic bottles with a stopper, alcoholic beverages, weapons, instruments that can be used as such, flares, fireworks or similar objects.
The introduction and display of banners, symbols, emblems or legends that imply incitement to violence
Being under the influence of alcoholic beverages, narcotic drugs, psychotropic drugs or similar substances
3. The Organizer may deny access or expel from the enclosures to the bearer of the entry in case of non-compliance with the indications of the Organization's personnel, as well as in case it can reasonably be presumed that a risk situation will be created or danger to the bearer himself or other assistants, or by states of apparent or potential intoxication, the bearer personally responsible, in all cases, for his own actions and omissions in the event that they cause injury to third parties or damage to property.
4. Possession of the ticket does not entitle its holder or third parties to use the ticket or its content for advertising, marketing or promotional purposes (including contests, gifts and/or raffles) associated with the holder of the ticket or third parties, unless there is a previous agreement with the Organizer.
Failure to comply with this point will obligate the advertiser and/or unauthorized user to respond for the damages and losses generated.
These activities will be tracked on the Internet in order to establish the relevant responsibility.
MINORS
As a general rule, people under 16 who attend an event, class, workshop, etc. must have proper signed authorization, and/or be accompanied by an adult.
The parent or and/or legal guardian must be able to prove this relationship with the minor.
During their stay on the premises, if a companion is present, that person will be responsible for any action of the minor.
At all times both the companion and the minor must carry their ID or passport if required by the organization's staff to prove their identity. In the case of foreigners, they must be able to provide the appropriate documents from their country of origin.
The Organization reports that current legislation expressly prohibits the sale of alcohol, cannabis, and tobacco to persons under 18 years of age.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE ENTRY
The ticket holder may resell their ticket at the exact original purchase price only to a buyer through the metalive.tickit.ca system. Otherwise, once the ticket has been purchased, its amount will only be changed or refunded in case of cancellation of the event.
In case of cancellation, the acquirer may request reimbursement within a period not exceeding thirty days from the date of the public notification of the cancellation, in the manner specified by the Organizer by email. The suspension of more than half of the scheduled events, classes, etc. will be considered cancellation. The Organization reserves the right to alter or modify the program.
The Organizer will only reimburse the amount of the ticket, and is not responsible for any other expenses such as, by way of example and only as an example, hotels, trips, meals, etc.
The amount of the ticket will not be refunded in case of cancellation of the concert due to the suspension or modification that occurs once the show or activity has started and is due to fortuitous or force majeure.
IMAGE RIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The bearer of the ticket acknowledges that he or she may appear in images taken within the enclosures by different media for informational or promotional dissemination and authorizes such use, which will be the responsibility of each media entity.
In the case of images collected by Meta Live, this data will be treated in accordance with current legislation.
All image and intellectual property rights are reserved. Any filming, recording or reproduction inside the premises is prohibited unless expressly authorized by the Organization.
These actions may involve a criminal or civil action for damages.
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
All attendees must be aware that most venues and their surroundings are under twenty-four hour video surveillance.
In this regard, please note that any recorded video image may be used as evidence of illegal conduct or any damage that could be proven, both to people and property.
The data will be automatically provided to the judicial or police authorities.
THIRD PARTY DATA PROTECTION
If you provide data of a companion, you are obliged to inform him or her and obtain their consent for the processing of this data.
DOUBTS AND CLAIMS
In case of doubt or consultation, information is available on the website. Interested persons can also submit requests by email.
EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
In case of return of the ticket, the Organization is not responsible for the purchase charges made by the online payment systems or the banks.
OTHER CONDITIONS
Meta Live may cancel or modify any of the above conditions, in which case it will be brought to the attention of the public by email. It will also report through other channels deemed appropriate.
Your tickets are being purchased from Meta Live (the organizer).
Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.
All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
